November SPS Design Team Blog Hop

Hello Everyone,

I hope all is well in your families with all the stormy weathers and natural disasters we are having.

Washington is becoming a big puddle, that time of year. WARNING: Lots of Pictures on this post.

Welcome to the Shop Pumpkin Spice November Blog Hop!  Can you believe it is already November?
WOWZA!!  Only 2 more months of 2012.

SPS has a November Kit... yep, they are back.  This one is so awesome for this time of year.  My favorite colors and anything to do with family.  Here is a quick peek.

All the details to the kit can be found HERE
The value is amazing!  $46.65 retail ONLY $24.95 on SPS.

Here is a card I made with the Traditions papers.  I just love this line of paper.

Here at PumpkinSpice we have been crafting our little fingers to the bone.

Pumpkin is turning 5 this week and we made some adorable invitations for her party.

Using:
Bazzill Cardstock Bling Tiara
Bazzill Cardstock Smoothie Caribbean Breeze
Beacon Glue & Adhesive 3 In 1
Inkssentials™ Glossy Accents
and a cut file from SilhouetteOnlineStore - Design #9356 Castle Card

Here is a picture of her table and some large medallions.

The center piece if for cupcakes and I make a ribbon wreath around the stand.  I got the idea after making the Deco Mesh wreath for Halloween.  If any of you know about the Costco ribbons, I love them, but never have a need for 50 yards.  Well GUESS WHAT??  This used up several yards and I just love how it turned out.

Used:
About 20 yards each of 2 wire edged ribbons from Costco and 2 rolls of tulle.  Probably about $18 in materials.

We have some winners fom last months Challenges:

The referral bonus Challenge goes to .... drum roll...

We have a tie - Diana and Saundra
Congratulations Ladies!!

Here is the line up for the Hop

School Daze at Shop Pumpkin Spice

"Without teachers there would be no class."

Hi!  June Houck here playing with My Mind's Eye "School Daze."  This collection is easy to work with; I made both cards from School Daze papers...no stamping nor an electronic die cutting machine!  In both cards the banner sentiments, school house, owl, books, and apple were fussy cut.  I used one sheet of very vanilla card stock for the two card bases, and scraps of red card stock to layer in the first card.  I edged the pieces (in the second card) with a black ink pad for dimension.  I added glossy accents to the school house bell and windows, the owl's eyes, and the apple.

"Teachers make the little ones count."

Now I have two cards on hand to write the girls' teachers a thank you note :)

Happy Thursday!

Sweetest Thing stamps and washi only!

I know it's Halloween and this isn't a Halloween card, but I don't know, I thought you might enjoy the break from the Halloween projects! I hope I'm right! :)

Courtney here from Court's Crafts!

I made this card super quickly, but had a great time doing it! Sometimes you just have to create something fun that isn't "publish worthy" but that just makes you happy!

Come back on Saturday for our hop! I have a super fun set of thank you cards that I made! :)

Tuesday Treats

Hello Everyone,

Pumpkin and I are busy making little treats for her classmates. Sorry for the lack of quality photos.

We also put together this bow for the front door.  She giggled so much rolling the floral fabric across the floor and watching the tulle get all tangled.  Memories... I just love crafting with my lil Pumpkin.

This decoration took 10 minutes to make and less than $15.  I am sure we will get better as we practice making them.

Pumpkin loved this so much she told me she wants one for every season!  Next, her Birthday.  Need to go find some of this Floral Fabric in 'Princess' colors for Saturday! Wish me luck!

Hope you enjoyed our little crafts today.

Be sure to stop by on Saturday for the Shop Pumpkin Spice Design Team Blog Hop.

Hugs,
